Elaboration: maceration with the skin of hanging grape 6 at 12 hours, then in stainless tank in a temperature of 16°C.

Picture: color now with a brilliant aspect.

Olfactive: powerful, perfumed with a note of exotic fruits.

Gustative: harmonious, balance completes between the acidity and the alcohol. Back gout very pleasant.

Accompaniment completes for fishes a la plancha or in the oven accompanied with vegetables.

Serve between 6 and 8 ° C.
