Elaboration: Elaborated from the oldest vineyards.

Raised in French and American new barrels.

7 stainless, prolonged days in tank of a maceration of 20 days (daily excitement and gone back up frequent).

Fermentation malolactic of 10 days in 19 °C in tanks in concrete.

Breeding of 12 months in barrel.

Picture: color cherry which demonstrates of the robustness and the youth.

Olfactive: aromas of roasting, vanilla and spices (cinnamon and cocoa).

Gustative: smooth, well-balanced, complex, perfect black and red fusion(merger) of fruits with the wood. Length in mouth.
