For the XVIth century, the volcanic ground, the perfect adaptation of vines and the numerous microclimates of iles converted The Canarian Islands in a wine-producing reserve of exception.


The production of wine, distributed on 14550 hectares of vineyard, is a part of the cultural heritage of the Canarian Islands, with a big expansion of the knowledge and the oenological traditional practices, which give place in delicious one variety of high-quality wine.


Abona, Taraconte-Acentejo, Valle de Güimar, Valle de la Orotava, Gomera, Gran Canaria, El Hierro, Lanzarote, Palma and Ycoden-Daute-Isora are 10 DO of the Canarian Islands.


The dominant vines are Listan Negro, Listan Blanco, Negramoll and Malvasia.
